Animal Spirits is a Hazy DIPA brewed with some familiar hops, as well as some that are new to us. We used reliable Simcoe and Motueka to bring classic notes of overripe papaya, bright citrus peel and general dankness. The new kids Solero and Wakatu steez out with Southern Hemisphere vibes of lime zest and sharp grass.

Bottle Shop, draught: opaque greenish haze. Hop burned to all hell. Deep bitterness. Citrus and tropical is there but flavor is overpowered by spicy bitterness. Meh.
