This blend of 3-, 2-, and 1-Year matured Méthode Traditionnelle Primitive Beers were rested on whole Colorado-grown Perfection Apricots and their pits (Noyaux) in freshly emptied Chardonnay barrels. The resulting effervescent blend has an enticing aroma of canned apricots, almond, mango fruit leather, and Granny Smith apple. Pleasantly fruit-forward with a punchy acidity and restrained bitterness, we are excited to release an apricot referementation rich in preserved fruit-flesh flavors and rounded by the almond-like noyaux of the pits.

Bottle from Cikoko: pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is funk and apricot. Taste is quite sour and acidic. Plenty of apricot. Fine but I wish it wasn't so acidic.

Primitive before they mastered their acid I guess, lots and lots of apricots but also plenty of acidity. The chardonnay barrel notes help mellow it out though.
