American Barleywine - A style hallmarked by strong bitterness, high alcohol, a rich malt body, and pronounced hop flavor and aroma. A huge mash of Maris Otter, Vienna malt, and just a touch of caramel malts is hopped frequently and heavily from First Wort to Dry Hop with Cascade, Centennial, Comet, Simcoe, and Amarillo. The hops are balanced by a strong malt backbone and slightly boozy finish.
