On tap in the America area of Epcot. Dull, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is grapefruit, rose, juniper, hay, and lemon zest. Dry and earthy, with a bright, sharp bitterness. Medium body, biting, and lingering. Quality, subtle, and tasty.

Draught at Solid State: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is light fruitiness, straw, yeast. Yeasty. Light sweetness. Fine.

House yeast and open air fermentation? Hard to believe the second part. It doesn’t have any of the funk I associate with open air fermentation.. Anyway, there’s spicy yeast and bready malt in the aroma. The well balanced flavor is malty with characteristic Belgian yeast and a lightly dry finish. Fairly good.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a huge white head. Super carbonated. Aroma is floral with some vanilla. Flavor is more floral with yeast esters aplenty. Finish is a vanilla creamy finish. A very nice simple saison.
