Hazy IPA - The next in our series of hop forward experiments showcases Strata and New Zealand Wai-iti hops. Cold whirlpooled with a hefty dose of Strata along with some Citra Cryo to create a lucious tropical flavor then dry hopped heavily with Strata and Wai-iti to create an inviting aroma. Notes of passion fruit, guava, and lime.

Draught at source: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is citrusy, lightly tropical. Taste is fairly clean, lightly bitter. Solid.
