This awesome collaboration we did with Wasatch @wasatchbeers for this year’s Utah Brewers Guild Collaboration Fest is something special that you are going to want to try.

Brewed with Ube (an Asian purple sweet potato) and a bit of butterfly pea flower, this strikingly purple cream ale has a pleasant nutty/vanilla aroma that gives way to a refreshingly floral cream ale.

Another cool thing about the science of this beer is that the pea flower is Ph reactive. Hit with a little lemon juice and the color will change to pink! Bring a growler home and go nuts!
