One of the best parts about this beer is the unmistakable coffee aromas and flavors present despite the fact that it appears to be a blonde ale. Several pounds of ground coffee is used to achieve this--all from The Salt Lake Roasting Company.

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is coffee and bread. Gimmicky, but actually a pleasant style to sample on occasion.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head, light lacing. Fresh roast coffee, mild bready, citrus. Good.
