Blend of sour and imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels with banana, cacao, and vanilla beans

Yella BBLs is inspired by the classic combination in a chocolate-covered banana. We blended our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with our bourbon barrel-aged sour stout, and added bananas, cacao, and vanilla beans to bring some sweetness to the mix. The sour stout’s acidity blends with the imperial stout’s sweet malt character for a decadent treat perfect for dessert— or an afternoon snack; we won’t tell.
