Sampled from the tap at Gravity. Pours a clear ruby red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly acidic red fruits with some light grains. Flavor has strong sour red fruits with light acid and a touch of light grains.

Thanks, 316nuts. 750 ml bottle. Deep purple color. Clouded through. Small bright purplish pink head, fairly fizzy. Nice sweet berry flavor in the aroma. There’s some butter in there, particularly comes out as it warms. A little bit of a vinous character bouncing around. Big tart berry depth comes out in the taste. Medium sour, maybe a bit more. Pretty good hit of acidity to it. Very jammy. Some lacto yogurtiness. Mild woody note. Fairly light mouthfeel. There’s some body to it. Pretty good pucker. Good berry sour.
