Our second collab with Bucket Brigade. Ale Hydra, a hazy pale ale, 4.2% made with Styrian Dragon hops. The variety comes from Slovenia and boasts a citrus, grapefruit, berry, floral profile. We dropped some chocolate malt in this to give it a caramel, toasty, sweet back end

At source: ugly hazy with a white head. Aroma is weird apricot. Hops too sharp. Unrefined. Pretty bad.
