Thanks to an ingredient list given to us 3 years ago by uncle Mike Stabinski written on a piece of paper from around 1980, we figured we bring this gem to life. This Czech Pils hopped with the not so easily found Lubelski hops,might be the closest thing to your dads favorite lager. the recipe is hanging proudly on our

Draught at source: pale. Aroma is sulfur and grain. Thin, watery, sort of bitter. Nit great.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Clear, honey gold pour. Brief white head. Grainy malt aroma. Sweet malt flavor. Herbal hops. Dryish, spicy finish.
