Barrel Aged Seapig Pale Ale. We rested our pale ale for 3 months in barrels from a company called Illegal Mezcal. Originally Jim Beam barrels, they had one 13 month turn with Anejo and then five, 6 month turns with Reposado. The barrels gave this ale a subtle bourbon, tequila and smoke flavor.

Draught at source: pours gold woth white head. Aroma is mezcal and biscuit. Light bitterness. Mellow mezcal notes. Pretty Ok actually.
