An imperial witbier brewed with oats, wheat, barley malt, orange peel, and coriander, then soured in the kettle with lactobacillus bacteria. Light hopping and fermentation with traditional witbier ale yeast result in a bigger-than-normal, pleasantly sour wheat ale. To get a little funkier, we then rack this beer to a fleet of red wine barrels from local vineyard Thatch Winery on top of one pound of raspberry puree per gallon of beer.

Can from Dasha: pours reddish with white head. Aroma is raspberry, some acidic notes. Taste is a little sour, wheaty, some citrus, light tartness. Fine.
