This is a refreshing Cold IPA otherwise known as a Hoppy Lager. We brewed this bad boy with Pilsner malt and flaked corn to add some sweetness to tame the hops. The boil hops were Warrior, Centennial, and Mosaic. Dry hops were Amarillo and Chinook. This one goes down easy.

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is vegetal, earthy. Taste is lightly bitter. Bready sweetness.
