Local Deer Creek Malt barley, wheat, and spelt hopped without fear with Mandarina Bavaria and Saaz, then fermented with foraged yeast culture. Wait, there’s more … after primary fermentation it was racked onto spent Citra dry hops, a flavorful but soft hop that pairs well with a low ABV beer. Collab with Forest & Main.

Draught at source: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is light straw and some yeast. Easy drinking. Light bitterness.
