The Yat Accent coalesced from three immigrant populations in our port city: German, Italian, Irish. In this very simple but delicious beer we accordingly used German hops, Italian malt, and Irish yeast. It's a pleasant drinker that your "mommenem" don't have to think about, but if desired you can delve into the pronounced hop flavor and fruity esters that exist in this beer.
