Sampled from the tap at MKE Burger Co. Hudson. Pours a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has tart light fruit and dry white wine with a hint of oak underlying. Flavor has dry white wine with a light tart grape note and some oak backing.

[5/9/2019] Draught at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Barnyard funk, white wine, juicy, tart, dry, lemony. Great.

[ As Funk Factory Cervino - Riesling ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, tart, grapes, wine - white wine, oak - barrel, tanis, barrel funk. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, lemon - lemony, spicy of some kind, orange, wine - white wine, dry, oak, barrel, barrel funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190508]
