This hoppy Saison Ale features distinct lots of Cascade harvested from New York, Belgium, and New Zealand and celebrates the influence of terroir on their varied expressions. Co-fermented with ours and The Seed's house Saison yeast, and cold conditioned for clean, fruity character. The Seed is an awesome little brewery located in Atlantic City, NJ, who brews an array of styles, and has a penchant for lager and Saison-adjacent styles of beer. Collaborating with another brewery that shares our passions is truly an honor.
