American Wheat Beer brewed with domestic 2-row and white wheat malts, then hopped exclusivly with one of the classics, Amarillo. Don’t let the “W” word scare you, American wheat beers are characterized by their hop forward character and clean malt profile, much like common American Pale Ales, as opposed to the yeast driven wheat beeer styles of Europe which many find far too fruit forward. Inspired by one of our favorite OG beers out of the Midwest, and full of nostalgic pine, citrus, and floral grassy notes with a beautiful crown of white foam contributed by the wheat. 5% abv
