Punto Medio Ámbar es una cerveza ale tipo ámbar americana de color cobrizo con destellos rojos, lupulada, de cuerpo medio, carbonatación media, y final suave. El aroma a lúpulos americanos es notorio sin ser abrumador, con notas cítricas y especiadas, logrando así un buen balance con las maltas tipo caramelo y encontrando el punto medio de lo dulce con lo cítrico.

On tap at Drunken Dog, pours a clear amber with a large beige head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with gentle hoppy resins, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Flavour is dry and clean, with dry bready malt, with a hint of bittering hops. Not much character here, but it’s inoffensive and dry. Okay.

On tap at Drunkendog Condessa. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Lots of dry woody pine and bread crusts on the nose. Flavour has very thin malts and a dusty of dry piney hops. Clean, but not much else.

Keg at Drunkendog, Mexico City. Clear copper colour, rich, firm head. Aroma of grapefruit, toast and tobacco. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Toasty malt. Dried grapefruit. Resinous bitter finish.

Can from explosivedog: pours amber with whitish head. Aroma is earthy and herbal. Taste is bitterish, dry mostly. Not terrible.
