Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, sour, resin, phenol, alcohol, spruce, wood, rye - sour, light doughy. Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Hazy dark orange, some white foam. Sour yeasty or more like doughy nose. Some red currants. Tastes bready, somewhat raw dough more than anything. Tart and fruity strain going through. Bit hard to drink. This bread should be baked first.
