Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen.[ As Palatum / Piwoteka Aqua Regia ].Murky medium amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, sour, hay, straw, spruce, resin, wood, alcohol - phenol, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, sour, resin, phenol, alcohol, spruce, wood, rye - sour, light doughy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic - phenolic. [20181201] 6-2-6-2-11

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Hazy dark orange, some white foam. Sour yeasty or more like doughy nose. Some red currants. Tastes bready, somewhat raw dough more than anything. Tart and fruity strain going through. Bit hard to drink. This bread should be baked first.
