We brewed this lovely lager with a base of Eraclea Pilsner malt - grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice; and hopped it firmly with Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon. It has delicate notes of lightly toasted crackers, spring honey, dried straw, miscellaneous herbs, crusty homemade bread, and getting a good buzz on before the game.

Can from source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is floral and grass. Somewhat bitter. Floral, grassy.
