The Keg is Always Cleaner is the keg conditioned draft version of our green glass dry hopped grisette, The Glass is Always Greener. Ironically, due to the packaging in kegs we strictly use for our mixed fermentation program, TKIAC is already showing pleasant signs of Orval-like complexity compared to its green glass counterpart. Wisps of tanned leather and underripe pineapple are mixing with the delicate floral spicy base, and it’s a real delight. Naturally carbonated in the keg up to 3 volumes of c02, it’s quite the bubbly refresher. 5% abv
