Cloud Chord is a mixed culture saison brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse grown and malted grain, and aged on chamomile from Bluestem Botanicals. Comprised of a blend of 20% mature barrel aged stock and 80% young zippy saison, this singing beauty is perfect for the approaching spring weather. Have you been outside today?? Bright notes of lemon meringue, dry acidic Riesling, tangerine, funky oak, orange blossom honey, anddddddd chamomile!

Draught at Local 44: pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is chamomile, light funkiness, lemon. Taste is slightly tart, nice floral touches. Good.

On tap at Local 44. Pours frosty pale gold. Grain, minerally, peach fuzz, floral, dill, light salinity. Medium body. Nice.
