12oz can from my brother. Near black pour, silky beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, chocolate, roasty with some warmth on the back end. Initial sweetness in the taste, chocolate, maple syrup, minor coffee notes. Sweet and gooey. ABV creeps in late.

roasted malts, faint bitter caramel in the aroma. normally i don't fancy bitter caramel, but this one suits the beer well, and is a great composition. boozy alc. note..
flavor is roasted malty, coconut, chocolate, licorice combo - like if it was bourbon barrel aged. quite smooth texture. bit sweet but quite delicious.

Undated can drunk 12/12/24. Dark. Tan head is perfect. Maple, oak, bourbon, but mostly maple...with more oak, chocolate and vanilla. Bit of cinnamon, more spice and more fruity, juicy, sweet oak and maple. No booze. Whew that's sweet! But there's some decent acidity in the form of maple and spice. Soft, sweet, malty, maple-forward...it's a lovely beer but it's punishingly sweet...juicy, spicy, heavily maple, lightly bourbon. Rich, sweet, sumptuous.
