This Christmas we decided to go all in, and brewed the hoppiest West Coast IPA we've ever brewed, inspired by the legends at Ghost Town Brewing in Oakland, California. Introducing Nisseøl, a 9% Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA on 100 IBUs, showcasing the majestic hop combo of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Strata & Krush, in both T90, Cryo, CGX, DynaBoost & HyperBoost formats. We really brought out all the big guns from our Christmas hop wish list! Expect bold & bright flavors of blueberry kush, tropical herbs, juicy peaches, cotton candy grapes, strawberry & passionfruit. Looks like Christmas came early this year!!

My Xmas rating No 19 25/26.Clear yellow colour with medium white head aroma is nice bitter with flavour of pine and Greapfruits good well balanced with hint of hops and grass good full body and crispy finish.

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Intensely piney nose. Rich, sweet, malty body with a brutally bitter finish. Rough. And a very ironic interpretation of a Nisseøl. 170225

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, peachy, mild floral tones with some alcohol sweetness to it as well. Flavour is nectary, some floral, mild peachy and a bit alcohol tones as well.
