ABV: 5.1%. Hazy - murky medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove, wheat. On tap at the brewpub, Sopot, Poland. Pours a cloudy pale yellow/gold colour with a small, soon dissipating, white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, wheat and yeast. Has a light sweetness and bitterness, with medium sourness. Light body, texture a little oily. Average carbonation. Citrus sourness to finish. It’s ok.
