Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 33A: oak chips / base: 16D). Can 50 cl - Batch 11.12.2025 (BB: 11.12.2024). AROMA: medium roasted malt aroma with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. slight nuttiness. low woody background. faint alcohol note, rose-like. APPEARANCE: dark born color and opaque without highlights. medium-low light brown head, creamy, with medium retention. TASTE: initial medium roasted malt flavor (roasted coffee, dark chocolate) with slight sweetness. slight nuttiness. medium bitterness with a semi-dry and roasted-charcoal finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: a foreign extra stout that could have more complexity from fermentation. lacks a bit more body.

Svart. Mokkafarget skumring. Aroma av kaffe & sjokolade. Smaken lønnesirup, kakao & røstet malt. Melkesjokolade i avslutninga. Litt tørr etter hvert. Balansert & bra.

Sort med lys brun topp som klinger seg til kanten. Aroma; malt, rug, toffee, kvernet kaffe, karamell. Smak; kaffe, malt, toffee, karamell, furu, hint av sirup og vanilje. Balansert og mild i smak til å være så mørk. Delt med Jip.
