Pale ale hopped with Strata and Centennial. It is brewed with Strata, it tastes like Strata, and Strata is what it tastes like. THIS IS STRATA! Are you okay, man? I’m fine thank you.

Can shared with Sarah at the cuckoo tap room Exeter. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a small loose white head. Aroma is soft bready grains, waxy citrus, lime,, floral notes, wheat. Flavour is composed of crisp, dry flaked wheat, grass, lime, green citrus, some mineral dry finish. Palate is crisp and dry, grainy, moderate carbonation. Mellow dank. Drinks pretty good.
