This dry Belgian-style of beer is fundamentally a table Saison originating among the mining communities on the border of France and Belgium. Brewed with Pilsner malt and a moderate percentage of wheat. Fermented with a characterful Franco-Belgian yeast and delicately hopped with Loral, Hallertau Akoya, and a pinch of Mosaic.

Draught at source: pours light somewhat hazy with white head. Aroma is grainy, straw, and lemon. Taste is lightly bitter and dry.
