“Seasons” is a mixed culture Saison that was aged in one of our American oak foeders for 10 months with our ever-evolving house culture. Notes of zippy lemon meringue, orange creamsicle, oaky Chardonnay, and lovely grapefruit zest with a tart dry finish.

Draught at Monk's: pours clear gold with small white head. Aroma is peachy, yeasty, little funky. Taste is tart, lightly funky. Solid.
