Inspired by one of our favorite beers ever from a certain Portland, ME brewery. We haven’t made this one since the Spring of 2017, one of our first handful of beers after opening. Hoppy blonde ale brewed with a simple base of one of our favorite pilsner malts along with a bit of French aromatic malt. Hopped prudently with Czech Saaz and German Tettnang and then fermented with a choice expressive Belgian yeast strain. Spicy muscat grapes on the nose, light bready malt in flavor with hints of kiwi, lemon balm, cracked white white peppercorns, and an ultra refreshing dry finish.

Draught at source: pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is sort of vegetal, bready and hoppy. Taste is sort of hoppy, smooth. Pleasant.
