Northern German style keller pils. Brewed back entirely with one of our favorite pils malts and hopped with healthy additions of German Spalt Select and some fine Tettnanger. Fermented low and cold with our house lager yeast and then conditioned at frigid temps until it was ready to say "hi!" to the world. Crackery malt with layers of grass and herbs followed by a crisp spicy finish.
