"Are you feeling Mild? Brewed with our old pals from Forest & Main (Ambler, PA). We made this one up with a “Spring” dark mild in mind. Brewed with Maris Otter’s Spring barley counterpart, Golden Promise, along with pale chocolate and caramunich malts. Hopped with English East Kent Goldings. Beautifully chestnut hued with rich notes of mixed nut bowls, chocolate covered malted milk balls, Nutella, faint whisps of Tootsie Rolls and a dash of spiced fruit cake. Clean Tetley’s sun tea in the finish."

Draught at source: pours clear brassy with off white head. Aroma is earthy peanut butter bar. Taste is dry, lightly bitter. Smooth. good.

Tap at the brewery taproom in Philadelphia PA. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a greyish white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, dried fruit, cakey malts, hazelnut, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty dried fruits, cake, grassy hop, sileage. Mineral. Grass. Palate is so sweet abrasive, highish carbonation. Ok.
