Our Umbra recipe double dry-hopped. Citra was used in the first dry-hop and then a heavy dose of Citra and Sabro was added as the second dry-hop. Oats were added to the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

Draft at the brewery, 7/26/26. Fully hazy yellowish color with a white head and fairly strong lace. Tropical, bright, juicy. Creamy feel. Nicely balanced. Absolutely a banger.

Draught at source: pours pretty opaque haze with white head. Aroma is loads of pineapple and citrus. Taste is tangy, citrusy, low bitter. Good.

Must be in an unpleasant mood, as I'm not enjoying either beer I've had. Will revisit this. Difficult day. Anyway, here's what one Atlético fan thinks of the return of Antoine Griezmann.
