On tap at Glacier, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is dominated by the peated smoke upfront, light sweetness and bready malt. Flavour has a nice peated smoke character, but the base beer is not good: too sweet, bready and almost syrupy. Way too sweet to be complemented by the Laphroaig barrels. Very disappointing.

Draught at source: pours blackish with beige head. Aroma is loads of peaty scotch, some caramel. Taste is whisky heavy, peaty, a bit burnt. Solid.
