We crafted this west coast with an eye toward capturing the essence of 25 years of IPA innovation on the west coast. We of our inspiration from the first generation of southern California IPA's, building a malt backbone almost strong enough support the strong resin and grapefruit flavors of Centennial and Cascade then gave a healthy dose of Citra and Amarillo for the tropical punch we expect in a contemporary West Coast IPA. This is our High-Fidelity power ballad dedicated to the love and passion that made West Coast IPA's the hottest drink to think about for 20 years.
