ABV: 8.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, peppery, light barrel - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, saison yeast, peppery, wine - grape notes, oak - barrel notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at BD Paddington, 06/04/19. Very lighy haze on a pale yellow our with a decent white cap. Nose is funky, lemon tinged straw, farmyard twang, green berry skins. Taste comprises tarte green berries, lemon sherbets, grape skins, funk, balsa wood, damp hay, yeast esters, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sour flicker. Solid offering.

Odense Ratebeer Get Together - missing the hoarders, Early Winter 2019. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with pineapple, citrus and white wine. Sweetish and very tart fruity flavour with tasty funky character.
