Tap @ Henry and Sally, Oslo. Slightly unclear golden body with a thin white head. Delicate funky aroma with citric fruit and lemon. Flavor is nice as well with citric fruit, pale malt, acidic lemon, wood and hint of vinegar. Fine body and tart aftertaste. Nice with a sharp edge but also very pleasant.

Bottle shared with Levi, thanks! Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount funky light fruit and a bit of lemon with some white wine underlying. Flavor has dank grape and a bit of lemon with a good amount oak and earthy wood backing.

Blend 2 2021 Huge, slightly yellowish head over fully clear golden beer, lively carbonated. Serious farmyard/horseblanket nose, worthy of any gueuze. Lemon, buttermilk, wheat. Also a whiff of plywood. More gueuze-ish even in the taste, but with a light hint of a particular sweetness that I immediately linked to the Chardonnay barrels. Lemon, lactic,... Spritzy carbonation, light body, almost no acidburn. Wheat -sorry- speltslick. Both tasters agreed that served blind, we would have both guessed Pajottenland gueuze. Can't think of higher praise. Txs to Stef!

Blend 2, 5.2% Chardonnay Barrel. Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Nice funky aroma. Flavour is funky and tart. Can taste that it's a wine barrel. Hint of woody dryness.

75cl bottle @ 1991 craft beer tasting, Chez Sophie. Pours clear gold, good pure white head. Aroma of gentle chardonnay, white grape, wild notes. Taste is crisp with a bright carbonation bringing to life a good saison character, very pleasant chardonnay presence rounded off nicely with some crisp wild notes. Spelt isn't really jumping out, but other than that, it's presented very well indeed.

Bottle at Gold Star Beer Counter: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is hints of wood, light spice, defined grains, slight funk. Basically, what I like in a saison. Taste is subtle, almost tart, yeast, slight fruitiness. I liked it. But I paid too much.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a bubbly white head. Yeast and esters - kept to a minimum. Rustic, fruity, vinous, dry and funky flavor. Overly complex. Boom.
