Our take on this style of crisp, clean Asian lager. The pilsner malt backbone is complimented with flaked rice and puffed jasmine rice, which enhances the refreshingly crisp finish. We then added Motueka hops with their herbal notes of lemongrass and lime citrus to round out the final product into it's elegant final form.
