All US ingredients were used in this pils. A new to us hop, Adeena stands out with mild bitterness and an aroma that trends more toward floral than spice, without the brashness of some modern varieties. A double decoction mash with US grown Morovian lineage malt lends a medium body and clean base.

On tap at Jenkintown brewery. Honey gold pour is topped by a creamy beige head and killer lacing. Herbal, floral hops are balanced by a toasty malt nose. Flavor mirrors nose. Tangy malt and herbal hops with a hint of spice and minerality. Clean, refreshing and great balance.

Can from The Haus: pours gold with white head. Aroma is flowers, some light grain, minimal fruitiness. Taste has a nice malt backbone, not sweet, slightly bitter. Lingering aftertaste.
