We have something waiting at the end of the rainbow, and it's a pint full of beer goodness. We brewed our version of an Irish Red Ale with a variety of malts, including malts that came from the British Isles. Once fermentation was finished, we added an American touch by dry-hopping it just a wee bit with noble hops from Europe. Sláinte!

Draught at source: pours amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel and earthiness. Taste is lightly bitter and a bit sweet. Fine.
