Draught at source: pours deep gold with white head. Aroma is bubblegum, mild fruitiness. Taste is yeasty, fruity, sweet.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Amber gold pour. Frothy beige head is minimal. Earthy, fruity malt aroma. Sweet, fruity malt flavor has notes of apple, pear, fruitwood, caramel and vanilla. There is a subtle hint of oakiness in the middle. Beer begins to dry out a bit on the backend. Finishes with spice and dried fruit.
