Nuanced, classic, and simple. We're taking our lager program back to it's roots- a locally sourced, 2mo lagered, clean and crisp German styled rustic lager. Bready malts and spicy Noble hops.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with some transparency and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: biscuity/bready malts up front with a mild grassy hoppiness underneath
Flavor: blends the aromas together fairly nicely; subtle crisp grassy hoppy edge in the aftertaste
Texture: between light and medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue; finishes grassy hoppy and malty
Overall: easy going no frills lager, would go well with some burgers or pizza.

Optisch leicht trüb, Schaum passt. In der Nase crispy, Getreide. Im Trunk spritzig, süffig, bittersweet, das passt.

Draught at the source: pours good with white head. Grainy and bready. Slightly sweet. Low bitterness. Chuggable. Good.

Draft at Paragon, 10/14/22. Clear gold, thin head, no lace. Grass, bread, dough. Herbal and earthy. Dry. Lively feel. Good, but not great.
