Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Yorkshire Dales Bacchus Mosaic ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, pale malt, citrus - fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170809] 6-3-6-3-14

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear deep golden beer with a mid sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, toasted malt. Taste of mild citrusy hops, some orange, toasted malt.

Cask (Bacchus, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Mango, pineapple and grapefruit in the aroma. Refreshing and hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, peach and pineapple.
