Low fermentation BOHEMIAN PILS beer is produced exclusively by the triple-decoction mashing method. While the nose is fresh and floral, the medium-bodied mouthfeel is suddenly invaded by the particular Tettnanger and Mittelfrüh hops aroma.

On tap, at the brewery, courtesy of Mauro. Clear golden with medium white head. Malty, sweetish, grainy, bit floral. Some vague bitterness. Light bodied. Tried the bottles afterwards and there were lots of green apples.

On keg at GBBF 2018. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Good lemon good clean lager. Good leafy hop finish good bitterness.

Bottle, thanks Iznogud! Clear golden body, white head. Noble hop & grainy notes, but with obvious green apple presence. Interesting taste, flowery, soapy, sweetish, pollen, bitterness. A "ton" of hops was used, which is cool, but ended slightly the wrong way perhaps. Solid beer nonetheless.

Bottle at the source courtesy of brewer Mauro, grazie! Crystal clear golden yellow color white head. Light black pepper aroma. Taste is lightly fruity lightly peppery. Tasty and easy drinking

GBBF Day 2. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Smooth floral hop. Modest citrus. Clean crisp finish shows a touch of hop bitterness, Decent.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, soft yellow fruits. Taste of pale malt, Yellow fruits, some yeast, flowers.

On tap at EurHop #4, Rome-Italy. Proper golden semi clear pour, tick and creamy head. Nose: generously grassy with a strong bread/malty note of crumb and biscuits.
