Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Hop Back Hallertau Blanc ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, light grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170809] 6-3-6-3-12

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Vague grassy slightly citeus aroma. Bright gold, some haze. Just a few white bubbles for head. Medium bitter - almost apple juice like. An underlying fruit sugar sweetness. Light bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. OK. A bitter gold. Pretty one noted.

Cask at GBBF�17, day one, 08/08/17. Light golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is melon, straw, faint tangerine. Taste comprises light honey notes, orange peel, toasted grains, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate golde.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, soft grapes. Taste of dry grassy hops, mild grapes, long dry bitter finish.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A very pale yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is apple, light grains, little apple. Flavour is composed of od dirty hop, straw, lemon rind, honey. Palate is si sweet, moderate carbonation,. Lingering green hop and honey.
