The first entry in our single hop pale ale series, Pragmatism, Motueka.
One of our favorite attributes of Motueka is its ability to impart the aromatics and flavors of yellow and green citrus fruits to beer. In particular, candied key lime and Meyer lemons come to mind.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Lots of peach, slightly unripe peach. Hazy orange yellow pour with decent head. Light hop tang in the finish. Body is super light and empty. I guess that’s Zen, but preferably my beer has more substance. Tap at Rustico.

Top Hops Union Square: pours hazy light orange with white head. Aroma is melon, perfumey, limey. Taste is limey, low sweetness, low bitterness. Fruity hop aftrertaste.
