A mixed fermentation sour ale collab with our friends at the Wine Source that initially fermented in stainless steel with local Ann Arundel County wildflower honey that had a fair amount of tulip poplar in it. Second fermentation was in cabernet sauvignon red wine barrels from Maryland's Basignani Winery on saison yeast and brettanomyces for 10 months.

Draught at source: pours gold with small head. Aroma is funky, woody, bretty, earthy. Taste is lightly sour, funked, woody, winy, complex.
