We’ve found our extra crisp Water Elm Lager to be a fantastic catalyst for adding fresh adjuncts that taste fantastic in a light beer; such as lemon, lime and berries. We look forward to the possibilities and combination, but for now, enjoy this rendition conditioned with fresh lemon and lemon puree. We’re tasting a perfectly sweet glass of lemonade. Pair this beer with fresh New England seafood and you can’t go wrong.

Draft at Drowned Lands, 10/7/22. Murky yellowish-white color. Kinda looks like lemonade. Smells and tastes a little like lemonade too. Heavy lemon. Grass and dough. Clean, light. Nice amount of flavor. Good beer.

Draught at source: hazeish yellow with white head. Aroma is lemon, light grain. Taste is lightly lemony, grainy. Easy.
